MicroRacer

MicroRacer is a top-view racing game like MicroMachines. You can race against one friend. Goal is to make your opponent disappear from the screen. For more fun, the game is nerver ending atm ;)

Judging Instructions

Works best with Chrome and Safari since we're using the Web Audio API for engine sounds.

Go to http://undefined-is-not-a-f.nko3.jitsu.com and log in with Github or Twitter.

When you're logged in and done listening to the great menu background-music you can create a channel. You'll automatically join this channel and the game starts immediately.

Keys:

• "up": go faster
• "left": go left
• "right": go right
• "down": slow down

Try to stay on the road or you'll slow down ;)

When racing with an opponent try to be so fast that he disappears from the screen, you'll get points for that.

That's basically it ;) Due to some bugs the points look weird and the connection is flaky. The video was recorded in a local network where it was significantly faster, but we're still working on optimisations ;)
