We have created URT 9000, a timetracking bot over xmpp and http.
Think of a personal assistant available 24/7, and that is smart enough to use your online/away status to know your work pattern.
xmpp: Add email@example.com to your chat contacts. ( )
web: Visit *http://urt.im/
(yes, these are on the exact version submitted to the knockout competition)
( * ) Approval of XMPP invitations was supposed to happen automatically, but it turns out after our first 10 or 20 contacts we need to approve invitations manually. We are trying to keep up with that, sorry guys. Don't hesitate to contact us.
The bot understand a few commands
We want to interface to existing CRM/Project managers. If you have one that has a rest interface you'd want to push in, please raise your hand.

It's a time tracker you can chat with, either from the site or from your regular chat client (it talks xmpp).
It means that it's like your personal assistant, you can chat to say you have a new task, or start working on the documentation for this project, that you leave for a meeting with this new client... Dump the information, the bot will work to sort it out and make usable timesheet.
"login" with your email (gmail or google apps work best, cf below)
Type the following commands (to add and start working on a task)
add task testing app start testing app
Then switch over to your xmpp chat client:
go back to the web,
Thanks for your attention.
