GEO Boards

GEO Boards is a public message board in your area primarily made for mobile devices. You can create a board at a location near you to instantly start a conversation visible to your neighborhood.

You can easily invite your neighbours to your next party, ask for someone to water the flowers during your long planed trip to Stuttgart, Germany or just ask someone for a Hilti drilling machine.

Judging Instructions

We recommend to open the web app on your mobile device (iOS >= 5, Android >= 4.1) for best user experience. Google Chrome should be your desktop browser of choice.

We have implemented a demo mode where you can see our smart bots interacting with each other.

Please authorize yourself by logging in via Facebook. You will now see your current position indicated by the red marker on the map, the green ones incorporate already created threads. You can change your position virtually by typing an address into the form on the bottom. The red marker icon next to the input will reset your position to its origin.

You may tap on a a given topic and leave a comment or you may tap somewhere on the map to create your own topic based on your current position. By tapping on the top right buttons you can toggle between the map and the list view.

Just play around, we made it quite intuitive.
