"Senju" allows you help and support your users in real time.

• It's available for any website, just copy and paste a (future) widget.
• User press the help button and the call is sent in real time to the dashboard panel.
• Ad admin support answer the call and start watching the browser tab of the user, including mouse, scrolling and more.
• They can chat to resolve the doubts (finally no time to implement that).
• There are realtime stats of the help center.
• Chat should be finished
• We need to improve a lot the performance, but no time :)

Judging Instructions

We developed and tested only in Chrome, it's supposed to work in any modern browser, but not sure :)

We suggest open both things at same time in different screens to watch the streaming working, or with 2 different machines. Landing page have 2 call to actions, so you can:

• Try call for help: in the current landing page, so admins will see your call and start connectiong with you.
• Try admin dashboard: you can monitorize in real time requests from other users needed of help and watch their screens.
