Contestant on Awesome Pandas.
Multiplayer joust, really can't go wrong with that. Nice.
Could be a lot of fun. Probably would have been good to have a single player mode of some sort for demo purposes, even just with very stupid computer opponents. Sounds comes though nicely though. I notice if you have the sound playing and you switch tabs it seems to play only some of the sounds, sort of a subdued version of you track. Was this on purpose or just some aspect of how Chrome does it's threading for non-focused tabs?
Fun idea definitely. Score doesn't seem to update very quickly when hitting balls though. Also I'd probably like a little more fine grain control over the speed of the paddle. It seems to accelerate fairly quickly which means it's easier just to spin it in circles than actually try and control which balls you hit.
Good idea and interface. A demo mode to show how it plays, and the option of using cursor keys instead of a camera would be nice for testing purposes. Was fairly laggy on my macbook air with Chrome, but then that's not exactly a powerful computer.
We can't edit the site now, but we can put stuff on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wvJyhW-dPc
(for demo mode)
Simple, clean design, very easy to use and play. Nice touch showing what other players are currently looking and and typing. Adds extra tension.
Add a few levels and this is a game I'd play.
