  This looks great, my only question is what happens if the receiving party doesn't have a hashpay account? how would this system spread?

    So, it would notify the receiving party of the payment on Twitter. They can choose to connect HashPay or not. If they connect within a day we will complete the payment, if not, the payment will timeout and be returned to you with no fees taken.
