Contestant on Tech To The People.
Hi, I like the idea, with the chat working would be super useful. Would it be able to work across pages? Otherwise, as an admin didn't see the user moving mouse
Hey, love the idea, but I couldn't go past the the first "compose" step. Let us know if you open source it, I can see myself using it
Hi, So I tried and the pixel girl sent me "cock" and "the dick" as a surprise. I suppose it's sending back whatever the previous users wrote? Hey, looks like the messages in a game developed for a knockout are as good as the ones on 4chan or youtube ;)
Yeah, you got my point! :D
Nice idea, will keep you in mind next time I did it
So you have aliens and a devastating earthquake and a quest for mankind. You'd throw in some vampires, monsters and elves and you'd get and the 5 stars for innovation. well played, sirs, well played.
Hi, So you tought me that I have no friends and that my movie knowledge sucks... and I still gave 4 stars on the utility scale ;) I did reload a page for one of the contestant and it stopped saying there is already 2 players and I had no option to wait until the server would realise that "the other player" is gone and that I took over.
Hey, I like the idea but got an error message: An error has occurred: {"code":"ECONNRESET"} anyway, good idea! do you plan to continue working on it and make it possible to integrate with nagios that would handle the alerts?
Hey, I couldn't create an account "The username is not available. Please try with different username and email." suggestion: provide a login/pwd demo account
Hey, sorry for the error.
Try with
username : guest pwd : 123456
Hey, nice! Got a plan for the next step? We did work on a related topic: http://nodeknockout.com/teams/tech-to-the-people Let's sleep first, then keep in touch? ;)
Hey, Great idea, but I couldn't make it work. I this normal that that it doesn't work between two tabs on the same browser or that the viewer url could navigate? Design questions: The use case is probably that the viewer url is shared in the event info page, so doesn't matter if short or not). However, would be handy that the control url is the same or based on this view url but with an extra "password/token", so the presenter can click as well on the event info link. kinda what the webinars tool do.
Thanks. I appreciate the suggestions.
The problem with embedding urls in pages is that I need to expire the sessions at some point :( This was really designed to set up soon before you give your presentation. But I'll see if I can come up with something to support the use-case you describe.
Also, I kind of wanted to avoid the need for a password, just to keep it as simple as possible to set up.
Hi,
like the idea, that's something we thought about for our own entry (eg. with a @user add task). couldn't test, don't do FB.
