Wow. Bravo. Most entertaining KO I reviewed by far. The eye alignment part is the key. Unfortunately there were no others in the chat room when I tried it, which was probably a good thing. Still a blast to make very strange gifs of myself and post them on facebook. I feel bad for my friends...
Very ambitious project. I think you succeeded in making a fun toy. Unfortunately the timing wasn't terribly accurate, and there is a delay before the sequence loops which makes it tough to use as a fruity loops clone. But the sample browser worked pretty well and the track interface does its job. I didn't really get to test out collaboration, but it seems like a cool idea.
Wow, nice work. Simple idea, but I think I could actually use this.
Sounds quite useful! I like the design, very clean and legible. Is it pulling data from an online source, or did you preload the recipes? I'm a bit confused by the ordering of the results. Also it would be nice if I could save my ingredients list.
I really want this to work. I'd love to see what food carts are around me. I tried adding a bunch of carts, but it didn't work that well for me. Partly its my fault because I added a few old carts that haven't updated twitter in ages. However for the recent ones, it looks like I have to wait for them to tweet again in order for the location to be updated. It would be nice if the app did a little historical digging to at least change the location from the middle of SF, and grab the relevant description from the profile page.
I like that this project doen't try to do too much, and does what it does do it does well. Well done. Now what would be really cool is if you did something fun with the ascii results, like sharing buttons that post the ascii into a facebook status or email.
Excuse me while I freak out. What an awesome tool. Holy crap my code is horrible! I hate you guys!
Haha - did you kill Gary? ;) We're excited for NKO judging to end so we can push up all the fixes, updates, and improvements we've made this week.
Thanks so much!
I like the clean design, and it appears to have the all the needed features for a simple chat client. I also like the URL updating. Makes it easy to share a chat room, and like the instructions say, save your chat room favorites.
Interesting idea! I'm not sure that the injection of computer science concepts improves the sudoku experience, but the multiplayer sudoku is cool. Seems complete, though chat would be nice! ;)
Hm. I really liked the logo, especially after watching the explanatory video. Good stuff.
