Feels like a good idea and well executed.
Unfortunately couldn't test against (other) human opponents, but seemed like it could be good fun.
Some sound effects (and blood splattering) might make the experience more carnal.
I love the idea and spent some good time playing with it!
Being able to export the videos to youtube would be great.
Consider mirroring the output by default, like most (I'd guess) webcam apps do.
Also, it was not 100% clear how the buttons work and what do they mean (why does the sharing link only appear after clicking the restart button - a bug?)
Basically, looks great.
I can imagine using this for controlling the slides from an iPod touch. Which has been implemented before, but this is a very nice implementation indeed and does not require another app since it's just a web page.
